Climate Resilience for Communities

🕓 30 mins - 2 hours 🪙 From €150 🏠 Client venue/Online

Workshop Description

The Climate Resilience workshop for Community Groups, Libraries and Family Resource centers will take a holistic perspective on the impacts of climate change and extreme weather events on our community such as drought, flooding and coastal erosion. We will focus on innovative and nature-based solutions that will make us stronger and more resilient against climate change. Learning Outcomes: • Understand what climate change is and how it impacts communities. • Explore practical ways to reduce it’s negative effects and assess nature-based solutions. At our workshops, we offer a range of duration and delivery options to suit your needs. Whether you prefer in-person sessions or online workshops, each option offers unique advantages. For instance, a 30-minute online workshop provides a solid foundation, covering the basics effectively. However, opting for a longer, 2-hour workshop enables deeper learning and allows us to accomplish more together. Choosing the extended option not only enriches your learning experience but also ensures we can delve into more advanced topics and incorporate more interactive activities, resulting in greater value. So, for a more comprehensive and in-depth session, we encourage you to consider the longer duration options. Prices: • €150 for a 30 mins Online Workshop • €220 for a 60 mins Online Workshop • €250 for a 1 hr 30 mins Online Workshop • €300 for a 1 hr 30 mins In-person Workshop • €350 for a 2 hour In-person Workshop In-person capacity: We can facilitate a group of maximum of 20 participants per workshop but recommend smaller groups for increased interactivity and more one-on-one time.
